Shipping Time:
Stock Item Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 12-24
hours of submitting an order, excluding weekends. Shipments are delivered Monday
through Friday only. No weekend delivery. In most cases you should receive your
order within 2-10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer,
and delivery time is dependent on zip code. Below is an approximate guide to shipping
times across the United States, and include the estimated order processing time:
Non Stock Items: Our Jumbos and Mini pinatas are some of our
non stock items. It takes us approx. 7 to 10 business days to make plus transit
time
Address Correction Fees
In the event that our shipping company cannot deliver to the address you enter
into your account area, a $5 address correction fee will apply. By ordering from
us, you agree to pay any applicable charges incurred.
Shipping Locations
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, and we do not ship to international
addresses or PO Box numbers. All orders are shipped from our distribution center
in El Paso, Texas.
Shipping Charges
The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight
of the order and will automatically compute on the Shopping Cart page.
Oversized Items
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized
items. Generally, Pinatas are oversized items and their shipping charges will
reflect this.

Please note:
For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
Refund/Return Policy
You must contact us within 5 days after receipt of your order. You may email us send your claim to yellow_titan@yahoo.com and let us know the reason why you want to return your order:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please return product in its original carton within 5 days of your receipt and we will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the product's price upon receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse (freight charges won't be refunded).
If product is not in resaleable condition a refund will not be issued.
